We understand that Catch-up/Clean-up Projects can be significant investments. The cost varies based on the complexity of your books and how many months need attention. To provide an accurate quote, we start with a thorough Diagnostic Review.

We believe financial hurdles shouldn't stand in your way. That's why we offer flexible payment plans through Affirm, making our services more accessible to you.

Requirements:

  1. QuickBooks Online account

  2. Access to all bank accounts

    • Preferably view-only access

    • If unavailable, secure platform storage provided

  3. Previous year's tax return

Please note: Work will not begin until all requirements are met.

Pricing:

Our fees are based on two key factors:

  • The complexity of your books

  • The number of months requiring clean-up

After evaluating your specific situation, we’ll provide a customized quote.

Payment Options:

  • Pay in full before work begins

  • Pay in installments through Affirm

  • Bundle with monthly services: If you enroll in our ongoing bookkeeping services, we can spread the clean-up fee over 12 months in addition to the monthly service fee.

Example:
If bookkeeping clean-up costs $6,000 and ongoing monthly bookkeeping is $500, the first 12 months' payment would be $1,000 per month ($6,000 ÷ 12 months = $500 + $500 ongoing service).
