Requirements:
QuickBooks Online account
Access to all bank accounts
Preferably view-only access
If unavailable, secure platform storage provided
Previous year's tax return
Please note: Work will not begin until all requirements are met.
Pricing:
Our fees are based on two key factors:
The complexity of your books
The number of months requiring clean-up
After evaluating your specific situation, we’ll provide a customized quote.
Payment Options:
Pay in full before work begins
Pay in installments through Affirm
Bundle with monthly services: If you enroll in our ongoing bookkeeping services, we can spread the clean-up fee over 12 months in addition to the monthly service fee.
Example:
If bookkeeping clean-up costs $6,000 and ongoing monthly bookkeeping is $500, the first 12 months' payment would be $1,000 per month ($6,000 ÷ 12 months = $500 + $500 ongoing service).
