Pricing:

  • Starts at $500 per month

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Online Access

    • Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin

    • Select Settings ⚙, then select Manage users

    • Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab

    • Enter your accountant’s email address, then select Invite

  • If there is no QuickBooks Online set up, we will assist in getting you started

    • First-time users can save on a 12-month subscription with our exclusive discount

  • Personal account transactions

    • If you conduct business transactions through personal accounts, provide those bank statements

    • Highlight all business-related transactions on these statement

  • Assets

    • Copy of supporting documentation: invoices, receipts, or contracts related to the asset purchase

  • Access to all bank accounts and POS accounts (example: PayPal, Venmo, etc.)

    • Preferably view-only access

    • If unavailable, secure platform storage provided
